34 weeks

You may be wondering why the bad lighting - it's strategic on my part. I can feel the pregnancy now, it's hard to put on shoes without gasping for air and I sometimes feel like a beached whale when trying to manuever out of bed to pee (several times a night). But overall not much too complain about - it is what it is. I have a wonderful man who tells me I'm beautiful everyday! Even if he is sugar coating it I don't care, it sounds good!!

In other news...

Robert proposed on Christmas morning and I of course said yes, so I will soon be a Dickerson! He gave me a massage gift card (mom did too! - they must be sick of me whining about my sore neck/back:) so I figured he was done, then came the card he made me read outloud and the words 'Will you marry me' at the end. We've talked about getting married but I never thought he would do it this soon. Come to find out he left several hints around the house that I didn't catch...Greenbergs tag on the dining room table, receipt in the truck which I started one day and didn't notice the receipt sitting in the counsel and a bow from the box in the bathroom cabinet - I must have other things on my mind!! Duh me!

Gift from Aunt Liz

We've finally decided on a name for our 'lil peanut - Nevyn Elizabeth Dickerson it will be. Liz gave us this picture frame to hold her hair bows. I figure I'll give this bow thing a shot and at the very least we have wall decor for her room.

Flooring

I decided 5 months into my pregnancy that I couldn't stand the carpet in the 'soon to be' nursery. So, I pulled up the carpet and this is what we have to work with. Great. This turned into new hardwood flooring for the entire main floor of the house (which was going to happen at some point anyway) but not what I was expecting to do at 6 months pregnant. The new flooring will be installed this week. Yeah! Pictures of the finished product coming soon!!
