Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was filled with love, laughter and food! Thank you to Aunt Liz for taking pictures throughout the weekend - I'm terrible at that. Mom bought this adorable outfit for Nevyn, isn't it cute? Over the holiday weekend Nevyn stood up by herself for a few seconds. It was nice to have Mom and Liz witness it, she always seems to overcome something the week after we get back home. Won't be long and our little dare devil will be walking.

Mid November Wrap Up

I'm slacking on the blog posts! Our November has been filled with events. Liz and I went to the Pink concert in Des Moines on the 8th - it was fabulous of course and Liz got some pretty awesome seats. Liz, Nevyn and I then traveled back to Battle Creek for dinner with G-ma Tarr at her church on Saturday night. They have an anuual turkey dinner which was delicious! We baptized Nevyn on the 10th at Dad's church in Ida Grove; something I wanted to get done before she turned 1. Nevyn's been crawling and getting into things for awhile and she's now walking (assisted of course). She pushes her play station across the floor and is loving her new found independence. I'm a techno tard and can't figure out how to post a video to the blog. Hopefully one will be coming soon. She has no idea what was about to hit her with daddy's butt in close proximity!

8 months

Nevyn turned 8 months old yesterday. She's quite the explorer these days and stands up on anything she can get her hands on.
